CompuCom’s global headquarters is a three-story, 150,000 SF office building with over 1,000 parking spaces on ±20 acres. The organically shaped entrance plaza is highlighted with annual and ornamental grass plantings, and a half-acre amenity area featuring benches and a fire pit. A combination of boulders found on site and plantings define an outdoor cafe area. Due to a rigorous construction schedule, the mass grading of this project was permitted separately.
