A three-story, 150,000 sq.ft. office headquarters with over 1,000 parking spaces on ±20 acres. The organically shaped entrance plaza is highlighted with annual and ornamental grass plantings, and a half-acre amenity area features benches and a fire pit. A combination of boulders found on site and plantings define an outdoor cafe area. Due to an aggressive construction schedule, the mass grading of this project was permitted separately.
